Hi everyone! So I'm sixteen weeks and four days into my surrogacy today with twins. Again not a whole lot happened this week, I've still been having bouts of dizziness so I've been drinking alot more water, but that just makes the constant peeing all that much more worse. I've been having little bits of morning sickness and it's only in the morning or like late at night right before I go to bed, I think it might be related to my prenatal vitamins because some of them have a side effect of making you feel nauseous and those are the times I take mine with meals.
The babies are four and a half inches each and I got to see a scale model of that at the doctors office. Holding it up to my belly its crazy to think I have two babies like that inside me. Along those lines... movement! I can't feel movement all the time but it's especially noticeable at night and after I eat. I was sitting at my desk for lunch yesterday and there was this awkward movement in my stomach and a bit of hardness where the baby was pressing. It makes sense that with two babies in there that I can feel everything a lot earlier and a lot more pronounced. I'm pretty sure I can tell which baby is doing the movement based on how they're situated. During that lunch Baby A pushed themselves out and I could feel it right next to my belly button. I don't know if it's the hormones or not, but I could have cried with how magical it was to feel my babies moving in my belly and letting me know they're growing big and strong <3 Oh! and I'm measuring at about thirty six inches this week.
Anyone want to guess the genders? I can find out around eighteen weeks, but I think I'll wait until my twenty week appointment.
