well the T'vaoan are also reptavian, but in this instance a varactyl has a tiered appearance to its beak consisting if several plate-like segments, it also protrudes outward from the jawline slightly, more akin to a traditional bird than a dromisauridae (which is closer to the Tvaoan, as they are indeed based on that)!
