Company Overview

ESTOKEN is an alternative marketplace for buying and selling tokenized real estate assets.

ESTOKEN is the modern bridge between real estate firms and real estate investors. Leveraging the secure and immutable structure of blockchain ledger technology, ESTOKEN offers a viable liquidity solution to investors and a modernized mechanism for real estate firms to eliminate the operational and administrative workload associated with many if not hundreds of investors.

The ESTOKEN alternative marketplace allows real estate firms to tokenize their property holdings, allowing secure and immutable ownership of property or portions of property of any divisibility. Tokenization is fast becoming the preferred means by which ownership and ownership value are tracked. Unlike paper contracts or typical databases, all of the sensitive data, once converted to a token, has no meaningful data if breached but securely represents all of the immutable historical, contractual, and transactional data in a multi-party trust relationship. Additionally, tokens can be confidently and securely traded thus simplifying the typical exchange of secure data issues.

Secondly, the ESTOKEN marketplace expands the investor opportunity. Now investors can participate in real estate projects of any variety and size they choose. The ESTOKEN alternative marketplace allows investors to buy and sell these newly tokenized real estate assets in a more open way, increasing their opportunities for liquidity.

The implications of this market-changing concept are significant and ESTOKEN is excited by the prospect of opening up the real estate market to a wider audience of investors. But, of course, these systems can be complex. In response, ESTOKEN has assembled an experienced development team dedicated to the creation of this advanced marketplace. Further, ESTOKEN has engaged lawyers experienced with SEC and FINRA regulations to ensure complete legal compliance with the implications of a more open real estate trading platform. No business activites have been performed awaiting this approval and licensing.
