Enterprise Management Associates, Inc. (“EMA” or “we”) maintains the EMA™ IT Management Research Library and the EMA™ IT Management Solutions Center (the “Sites”) as a service to enterprise IT professionals and the IT vendor community. This policy explains how EMA gathers and uses Profile Information from users of the Sites and under what circumstances we will disclose this information to third parties.
“Asset” means an analyst report, white paper, case study, Podcast, Webinar, vendor profile or other item provided through the Sites.
“Free Content” means an Asset provided to registered users of the Site(s) at no charge.
“Subscriber Content” means an Asset provided to paid subscribers as part of their EMA Subscription Agreement.
“Content Sponsor” means a third-party that has contracted with EMA to sponsor one or more pieces of Free Content available through the Site(s).
“Sponsored Asset” means Free Content provided through the Site(s) and sponsored by one or more Content Sponsors.
All content on the Sites, including text, illustrations, documents, recordings and vendor profiles, is proprietary to and copyrighted by EMA. Logos and product names are proprietary to EMA or to their respective owners. You may view and print Free Content for your personal use and research. However, any other use, reproduction, redistribution, or republication of the Free Content or Subscriber Content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from EMA. To request permission, please send email to [email protected].
In order to access Free Content on the Site(s), you must create an EMA Account by providing Profile Information such as your name, company name, industry, business phone, and business e-mail address to EMA. Your Profile Information is password-protected to control access to this profile information by third parties.
By registering for an EMA Account, you agree to receive e-mail from EMA including, but not limited to, information about new research reports, invitations to attend Webinars, invitations to participate in market research studies, and the EMA newsletter.
EMA does not share any of your profile information with any third party without your consent.
By registering for, downloading, viewing or listening to a “Sponsored Asset,” you provide your consent to share your profile information with the Content Sponsor(s) for that Sponsored Asset. By accessing vendor profiles or other information in the EMA™ IT Management Solutions Center, you provide your consent to share your profile information with the Content Sponsors for that Site.
Use of profile information by the Content Sponsor(s) is governed by each company’s privacy policy and may be used for follow up by telephone, email, direct mail or other common methods.
If you do not want your Profile Information disclosed to a Content Sponsor(s), do not register for, download, view or listen to Sponsored Assets.
If you wish to opt-out of receiving further communications from EMA and from being able to access Free Content through the Sites, please send an email with your log-in email address and the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line to [email protected].
If you wish to opt-out of receiving further communications from one or more Content Sponsors, please contact the vendor directly.

How Do We Use the Information We Collect?
By registering for an EMA account or access to any EMA asset, you agree to be contacted by EMA and any EMA sponsors of the asset you provided contact information for. If you do not want your contact information shared with EMA or an EMA sponsor, do not register for, download, view, or listen to any EMA asset.
How Can You Opt-Out?
If you wish to opt-out of receiving further communications from EMA, please send an email with your log-in email address and the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line to [email protected].
If you wish to opt-out of receiving further communications from one or more EMA sponsors, please contact the vendor directly.
