THANK YOU FOR YOUR MONTHLY AUTO ORDER

For your convenience, Auto Orders are orders you set up for recurring monthly shipment on your Cycle Close date.

For internal processing, there is a 3-day window prior to your Cycle Close date that your Auto Order cannot be edited, paused or cancelled.

  • *Check Cycle Close dates and deadline dates in the red box
    • Your Cycle Close date is the first digit of your Conklin account number
    • (i.e. – account numbers starting with the number “1” are in Cycle One, etc.)
To Place your Auto Order:
  1. From the Conklin Central Home screen, select the Monthly Auto Order option.
  2. Choose the product category to find the products for your monthly Auto Order
  3. When you have finished selecting products, check out.
  4. 10 days before your cycle you will receive a reminder email confirming your upcoming Auto Order.
    • To manage your auto order: click My Auto Order in the Menu on the Conklin Central Home Screen to pause, change, or cancel your order.

Cycle One Deadline

Cycle One (1) Auto Order processing deadline is the 7th of every month.

Cycle Two Deadline

Cycle Two (2) Auto Order processing deadline is the 14th of every month.

Cycle Three Deadline

Cycle Three (3) Auto Order processing deadline is the 21st of every month.
