A few of the programs in Windows like Defender and Edge have many switches both in Settings, Command Panel and Group Policy Editor.

This results in leading one to think that they've made a change to the app however because they didn't make the change all across the board

to all of the toggles the change does not take effect.

Is there an app that lists and accesses all toggles associated with Windows apps so you can easily see all of the toggles and flip them in the same window?

Sorta, but not really.  O&O Shutup10 has a Window that shows what is turned on what it will turn off.

If use it will Lobotomize a lot of stuff of Win10/11.  Need to Save it in a Folder so that when a new release comes along which you need to check for you save over top.

I would gather you want to flip the switches off.  If this is the case then the above is for you.  Would still need to do most of Edge.
