I gave a friend mail code to use my pubg account , but first i tried to log it the same way using another mobile of mine and it can't change or edit the connecting mails , and once he logged my account he disconnected my email and connected it to one of his own .. now my gmail is not connected to any pubg account and when i tried to recover it , it gave me a code that should be used in game .. and i know the whole account info since it was created , how can i have it back ?

My Account Got Banned for 60 Days
I dont know why and how , i do not use anything like third party or any apps , also my emulator is updated to the last version, and still i got banned for no reason , if anyone can check data or even my static everything is normal
i play almost everyday for 2~3 hours with my friends after work , and now i got nothing to do also i got no other acc, i hope i can find a help here since i did appeal and ticket to customer support and nothing happened yet...
Solution:
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim....
How can I obtain the Lunar Castle Doorplate Finish?
I saw the finish on another PUBG home then saw it in the shared home Doorplate section. It indicates it is obtained from events but I can’t see what event to get it from. Has the event just ended? There are so many hidden events these days and I find myself missing free stuff when I have more than enough points, I missed out on the cool space theme for the home for example.

Account theft case ignored by support – need escalation / manual review
Hi there. I need escalation help — this case has been ignored for months.
The PUBGMobile.live recovery community refused to submit my request after one rejection, and PUBG Mobile Support keeps replying with the same copy-pasted message every time. My in-game recovery tool claims get rejected instantly, even though the evidence I’ve provided is rock solid.
I’ve already sent detailed purchase receipts, full device info (IMEI/serial), accurate login history with timestamps, regions, and even IPs for each login. None of it has been reviewed. If anyone actually compared my information with the data of the person currently using the account, it would be obvious that everything — device, region, flag, linked accounts, and activity pattern — changed completely after the theft....
Solution:
Each player can only submit an appeal via the Google form once, you will not be able to submit another claim if you have already submitted one.
If both of your requests on Google form and the in-game recovery tool are both rejected, then you need to reach out to the in-game customer service directly if you still require assistance.
Please note that your ticket will be declined if you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the form requested from you, or that it does not match with what they have. In this case, you will have to cross-check and keep trying....
