Log in problem
When I log out of my account that is linked to Facebook and try to log in to another account (also linked to Facebook), the game automatically logs me back into the first account without giving me any option to choose.
This is very frustrating.
Please, add an option to manage or switch between Facebook-linked accounts at the login screen....

Hi, I would like to post a feedback about my redmagic astra. I have a redmagic astra. But when I set to HD, it does not give me option to set it to fps extreme+. I know this is a wierd question but my redmagic astra can run tripple A PC games on my astra tablet. But I cant seem to use that performance to the pubg mobile. it seems I am not using the full potential of the redmagic astra to play the game. is it possible to request pubg devs, to give support to redmagic astra tablet?

No u can only use the green voucher for the first half 50 or for the full 100 u cant use the green voucher for the other half of the rp and can be only used once

If it is your game account then only you should know about it. You can also check your e-mail and search for "PUBG MOBILE". If you find a confirmation mail for your linked e-mail address, then that should be it.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim....

How can I obtain the Lunar Castle Doorplate Finish?
I saw the finish on another PUBG home then saw it in the shared home Doorplate section. It indicates it is obtained from events but I can’t see what event to get it from. Has the event just ended? Hi there. I need escalation help — this case has been ignored for months.
The PUBGMobile.live recovery community refused to submit my request after one rejection, and PUBG Mobile Support keeps replying with the same copy-pasted message every time. My in-game recovery tool claims get rejected instantly, even though the evidence I’ve provided is rock solid.
I’ve already sent detailed purchase receipts, full device info (IMEI/serial), accurate login history with timestamps, regions, and even IPs for each login. None of it has been reviewed. If anyone actually compared my information with the data of the person currently using the account, it would be obvious that everything — device, region, flag, linked accounts, and activity pattern — changed completely after the theft....

Each player can only submit an appeal via the Google form once, you will not be able to submit another claim if you have already submitted one.
If both of your requests on Google form and the in-game recovery tool are both rejected, then you need to reach out to the in-game customer service directly if you still require assistance.
Please note that your ticket will be declined if you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the form requested from you, or that it does not match with what they have. In this case, you will have to cross-check and keep trying....
