Fields

• Add Button

  The add button is used with repeatable sections to add a new row.

• CaptchaFox Field

  Adds EU-based, privacy-friendly CAPTCHA verification to help prevent spam for form submissions in WordPress.

• Cart Detail Field

  The e-commerce cart detail field is used to show cart level amounts such as the cart subtotal, shipping, and discount fields. These fields are optional.

• Cart Total Field

  The e-commerce cart total field allows you to show the overall cart total amount.

• Checkbox Field

  The Checkbox field creates a list of tickable inputs.

• Clear Button

  The clear button allows a website visitor to clear all of the fields on the form. In contrast to the reset button, all fields are cleared regardless of their default value.

• Cloudflare Turnstile Field

  This field is used to add a Cloudflare Turnstile Widget to your form.

• Color Field

  The Color Picker field type lets a website visitor specify a color using a visual color-picker interface.

• Custom Button

  Custom buttons enable you to add any additional to the buttons to the form for use with conditional logic or any custom javascript you add to your web page.

• Date/Time Field

  The Date/Time picker field creates a date and time selection popup. This field is useful for setting specific dates and times such as an event's start-and-end date and time.

• Divider Field

  The divider is used to introduce a horizontal rule to your form. It is useful for separating areas of your form to make it easier to read.

• Email Field

  The email field lets your website visitor enter email address(es).

• File Upload Field

  The file upload field lets the user choose one or more files from their device storage to be uploaded. 

• Google Address Field

  This Google Address field enables you to autocomplete address fields using the Google Places Autocomplete API.

• Google Map Field

  This Google Map field enables you to add one or more interactive maps to your form.

• Google Routing Field

  This Google Routing field enables you to retrieve route information in WordPress forms using the Google Directions Service API and use that data in fields on your form.

• hCaptcha Field

  This field is used to add an hCaptcha to your form.

• Hidden Field

  The hidden field lets a form include data that cannot be seen or modified by users when a form is submitted.

• HTML Field

  The HTML field is be used to output raw HTML on your form. HTML is entered using the standard Wordpress HTML editor.

• Icons Field

  The icons field is used to add icons to repeatable sections to enable you to add, remove and move rows.

• Legal Field

  The legal field is used to output a legal notice on your forms such as a privacy policy, terms and conditions or disclaimer.

• Media Capture Field

  The Media Capture field allows you to capture video, photo and audio and upload them with your form submission.

• Message Field

  The message field is  used to show an message on your form. It can be used to display helpful information to a user completing your form.

• Meter Field

  This field enables you to add a meter to your form. Meters can be configured to show data with conditional logic, calculations, or your own JavaScript.

• Move Down Button

  The move down button is used with repeatable sections to move a row down.

• Move Up Button

  The move up button is used with repeatable sections to move a row up.

• Next Tab Button

  If you have more than one tab on your form, the next tab button will take the website visitor back one tab.

• Note Field

  The note field allows you to add notes about your form in the layout editor.

• Number Field

  The Number field lets your website visitor enter a number value. You can specify minimum and maximum permissible values.

• Password Field

  The password field provides a way for the user to securely enter a password.

• Phone Field

  The phone field lets your website visitor enter a phone number. By using the phone field, mobile users will be presented with a keypad designed for entering telephone numbers.

• Previous Tab Button

  If you have more than one tab on your form, the previous tab button will take the website visitor back one tab.

• Price Checkbox Field

  The Price Checkbox field allows you to show one or more products with checkboxes.

• Price Field

  The e-commerce price field allows you to add a currency amount to your form.

• Price Radio Field

  The Price Radio field allows you to show one or more products with radios. Price Radios allow a web user to choose a single product from a list.

• Price Range Field

  The price range field lets your website visitor select a price value using a slider interface. These fields are included in the total cart calculation of your form.

• Price Select Field

  The Price Select field allows you to add a currency amount to your form that is determined by a web user making a selection from a pull down list.

• Price Subtotal Field

  The e-commerce price subtotal field allows you to show subtotals for any price fields when combined with a quantity field.

• Progress Field

  This field enables you to add a progress bar to your form. By default it will show the overall progress of the form being completed.

• Quantity Field

  The e-commerce quantity field allows you add quantities to any price fields. You can combine this field with a price subtotal field to create a cart like line entry.

• Radio Field

  The Radio field creates one or more circle boxes on your form, only one of which can be checked.

• Range Slider Field

  The range slider field lets your website visitor select a number value that must be no less than a given value and no more than another given value.

• Rating Field

  This rating field enables web users to give one or more ratings on your form.

• reCAPTCHA Field

  This field is used to add a reCAPTCHA to your form.

• Remove Button

  The remove button is used with repeatable sections to remove a row.

• Reset Button

  The reset button resets the form to the default values.

• Save Button

  The save button allows a website visitor to save the progress of their form and come back at a later date to complete the form.

• Search Field

  The search field works the same as a regular Text field but is provided so that you can style it separately from other text fields on your form.

• Select Field

  The Select field creates a drop-down list with options.

• Signature Field

  The signature field allows a website visitor to physically sign the form using their mouse or by using their finger on a touch device.

• Social Security Number (SSN) Field

  The Social Security Number (SSN) field in WS Form for WordPress forms provides a structured way to collect SSNs while prioritizing user privacy.

• Spacer Field

  The spacer is used to introduce a block of space to your form. It is useful for adding space to your form to make it easier to read.

• Submit Button

  Every form needs a submit button! The submit button takes the contents of the form and submits them to WS Form for processing.

• Summary Field

  Provides users with a quick and easy way to review their responses before submitting the form.

• Text Area Field
