Any reference to WP-Time.com throughout this policy should be understood to include both domains as part of the same system.

This policy applies to any purchase processed through either WP-Time.com or SellAny (wpti.me/sellany/).

One-Time Payment

At WP-Time.com, we focus on delivering high-quality, professional products at a competitive price without locking you into subscriptions or ongoing payments. What you pay is what you get: a powerful product.

A one-time payment does not mean you will receive lifetime support or updates. While we strive to improve and support our products, we reserve the right to discontinue support, updates, or sales of any product at any time without prior notice.

License Types, and Activation Limits

WP-Time.com offers three license types to suit different needs:

  • Single License: Allows installation and activation on 1 website.
  • Extended License: Allows installation and activation on 5 websites.
  • Business License: Allows installation and activation on 40 websites.

For the Extended and Business licenses, you are free to use the product or license on both your own websites and your clients’ websites as long as the total number of sites does not exceed your license limit.

You can revoke your license key on a website and then activate it on new one. Our licenses are flexible and allow you to transfer activation between sites.

Activating your license is optional. However, not activating your license does not permit installing or using the product on more websites than your license allows. For example, if you have a Single License, whether you activate it or not, you may only install the product on one website. If you want to move the product to another website, you must first deactivate or remove it from the first website before installing it on the new one.

Please respect these usage limits to ensure compliance with the license terms.

Support, Help & Product Updates

We’re always happy to help when we can. While our products are sold “as-is” and we don’t guarantee ongoing technical support or regular updates, we do our best to assist clients and improve our products whenever possible.

If there’s an update available, you’ll see a notification directly in the product’s dashboard. You can also access the latest version by logging into your account on SellAny.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Please note that refund requests made after 14 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted.

Plugins & Third-Party Compatibility

WP-Time.com develops plugins, themes, and extensions with a focus on quality and functionality. However, because every WordPress setup is different, we cannot guarantee full compatibility with all third-party tools such as plugins, themes, server environments, hosting providers or custom configurations.

Pricing and Policy Changes

All product prices and license activation limits are subject to change at any time without prior notice or consent.

We also reserve the right to modify this Purchase Policy at any time without prior notice.
