fixed by the support on their website. thanks
Thanks. We disabled updates on this installation.
Now works.Hi Venkat, thanks for your reply and infos.
Sounds great about the mail notification update.
If you want to keep a copy of custom developed and/or old plugin version, you can always turn off individually.
That’s why I asked for the default option, so that this step becomes unnecessary 🙂
De- and reactivated logs. Will need to wait for new updates and get back here with the result.
Okay, thanks for the quick reply. It works now after I
– set automatic updates to custom
– set automatic plugin updates to custom
– set all plugins to automatic updates onthe logs are still empty.
Okay, the “problem” is only that the preview in the snippet window doesnt replace %%sitetitle%% with the current setting content. Saved posts use the correct title.
See:
Suggestion to show all available variables in the Google snippet preview and replace it with the correct values.
hi Benjamin, I want to modify a single page title.
But those variables wont be replaced – only globally.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Social Slider Feed] Images don’t show after updateSame here. After upgrading, none of the saved images show up. Only if this option is disabled (save to media library)
Changing the resolution of the thumb didnt help.
Please fix. Trying to change options and re-test is not a good way to use a plugin. It has to work from start up.- This reply was modified 8 years ago by phloo.

In reply to: [Fast Velocity Minify] Why is there an unnecessary API call every time?Hi Raul, thanks for the quick and informative reply.
I can understand when the team say it’s not okay to update the plugin each time you have to add something to this exclusions. Our problem is: we are working on a very strict server and outgoing connections are blocked. Currently we are unable to use the plugin, some errors happen when trying to install it on the live server. That is when I found out about the api calls.
Maybe an option to disable api updates by default would be possible.
Let the users choose if they want to use the updates or not. Otherwise we need to move onto another plugin I fear.Okay, too bad. Other plugins support it (e.g. WordPress Google Analytics WD)
Thanks anyway.
Thanks, that fixed the issue.
Is there any chance you can skip this and use the API to get client id/secret, etc.?
We have the exact same problem.
The host is very strict and the htaccess file not writable (says WordPress in the permalink section)
After logging in through the secrword page there is a redirect to /wp-admin and the given error is shown (not available)if I disable the plugin, log in, reactivate the plugin I stay logged in.
But it’s not working like it used to.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Fast Velocity Minify] Is it possible to use * in exclude urls? Thanks. Do not stress yourself. I had to deactivate the plugin completely. Unfortunately, it didnt work with Super Cache plugin all together.

In reply to: [Fast Velocity Minify] Is it possible to use * in exclude urls?Hi Raul,
thanks for the feedback but I think you mixed up what I was asking: it’s not about catching the css/js file – I was talking about excluding a special path without giving an actual file name.
Because your plugin doesn’t work with that ESSB plugin which produces a random .css file. So, it’s about excluding 🙂

In reply to: [Better WordPress Minify] breaks css rules using calcOkay, thanks for the info.
Marked as “enhancement” and not as bug sounds like we cannot use this on a live site. Last update is 5 months ago and the known bug is from August 2015. Doesnt really make the impression you want to fix your plugin.
