We have looked into the error message, and it is being logged on the WooCommerce app, on their website, so we can’t view the full log.
There is a plugin update being prepared for release that will address these issues, and we will be back in touch once it has been published.Kind regard,

You can see the currency on the Billing & Payment > Business Info section on the Commerce Manager page.
You can also manually delete the products you are having issues with from your Commerce Manager, and then re-sync them from the plugin.

Can you try the following:
- Remove the products from your Commerce Manager catalog
- Changing the wc_facebook_external_business_id located under your-site/wp-admin/options.php (it can be any random value except for 0).
- Re-connect to the plugin and re-sync the products.
Also, are you using any additional Data Sources to upload the products to your Commerce Manager?

Please update the plugin to the latest version, and let us know if you are able to save the custom variation images.

Can you try searching for “Facebook” on that page? The options should be at the bottom.
If you are still not seeing the options, please share your System Status Report using PrivateBin.

The plugin will use the product’s SKU to set the ID by default, but if it’s not available – it will revert to the product ID and generate the ID for the catalog with the prefix.
If you are only using the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin to add them (and they were not added to the store before), please perform the following steps:
- Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Facebook: Delete all products from your Facebook Catalog
- Wait for the products to be removed, then click the Facebook: Reset connection settings button
- Re-connect to your page and sync the products from Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync

If so, please share more on your setup:
- Whether you are using multiple currencies
- If you are using the same main currency on both Meta store and WooCommerce site?
- Your system status report using PrivateBin

If so, please reinstall the plugin and replace the wc_facebook_external_business_id value as specified in my previous message.
