Plugins will be sync your posts, pages, and custom post types too.

And the PODS plugins create custom post types and taxonomies so, It will not sync the custom post types and taxonomies but custom post types posts data will be sync using our plugin.

We have already tested with PHP version 7.4.3 and wordpress version 5.7 and its working properly.
