Thanks for the reply @wfpeter, I’ll look out for a plugin update.
The filter fixed it for me too, thanks Ethan!
I’d really like the option to disable this too, our forms get lots of submissions from people with valid .ac.uk email addresses. It suggests to them that they should change it to co.uk and a lot of people blindly follow the prompt!

In reply to: [Next Active Directory Integration] Migrating from ADI to NADIHey Danny thanks for the reply! I read the documentation, I understand how to migrate, I’ve migrated a number of stand alone WordPress sites from ADI to NADI without any problems.
The problem seems to be with your plugin on large multisite networks, when the plugin gets enabled for the first time, it eats up 100% CPU and I don’t seem to be able to throw enough resources at it for it to finish enabling the plugin!
Have you tested enabling your NADI plugin on a multisite with 600+ sites that has previously had ADI enabled on it?
Danke!

In reply to: [Diamond MultiSite Widgets] Php 7 compatibility?I just tried switching to PHP7 on our test site and the plugin craps out, but there’s an easy fix…
You’ll see this error: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function split()
But I just did a find and replace in all of the plugin files and changed split to explode and it’s all back to normal!

In reply to: [WP-reCAPTCHA] "I'm not a robot" text missing in IE?I figured it out and it was completely my fault, our network administrators set Internet Explorer to display intranet sites in Compatibility View. Our WordPress install is on a local domain so it’s seen an an “intranet” site.
Compatibility view breaks anything modern including the CSS that displays the captcha.
Disabling Compatibility View fixes everything!

In reply to: List of changed files in 4.1?Thanks, we customise some of the files for a campus blogging platform. I might just diff the unchanged 4.0.1 files with the 4.1 files that I need to modify to see what’s changed!

In reply to: Two blogs on my network are visiting each other many time a second!Oh and there are about 200 sites on the network, these are the only two that visit each other.
Both sites have different administrators and have no link to each other.

In reply to: Gravatar widget in Twenty Fourteen theme displays image too wideOn your web server find the file: wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/widgets/gravatar-profile.php
Open it up in your favourite editor and change the following:
$gravatar_url = add_query_arg( ‘s’, 200, $profile[‘thumbnailUrl’] ); // the default grav returned by grofiles is super small
Change 200 to 175
<img src=”<?php echo esc_url( $gravatar_url ); ?>” class=”grofile-thumbnail no-grav” style=”width: auto; max-width: 200px;” />
Change 200 to 175
Remember that if you update the Jetpack plugin, this file and your changes will get overwritten so you’ll have to do this each time there’s an update.

In reply to: [Active Directory Integration] AD authentication for all sites in MultisiteNo progress from this plugin, but I did find a solution.
http://wordpress.org/plugins/yd-wpmu-sitewide-options/
http://wordpress.org/plugins/admin-menu-editor/YD Network-wide Options allows you to copy certain site options automatically to other blogs on your network. Just tick all the options to do with the AD integration plugin and the settings get copied to all sites in your network.
Admin Menu Editor lets you disable user access to the AD plugin settings from their own site Dashboard. They never see it, they can never mess any settings up. We actually use that plugin to hide a load of other stuff from people, some plugins that aren’t designed for multisite installs etc.

In reply to: I don't want new users adding as subscribers.PS, I think that it’s the LDAP plugin that’s adding the users to the blog, but there’s no way for me to configure it not to do it so it would have to be something separate.
