Hi there, i would like to translate the “Read more” – text button that you can define in Display Settings.

    Anyone?

Great plugin, but this one string behaves very stubborn.

    Hello,
    Thank you for contacting us.

Please remove the “Read More” text in the “Read More text” field.
It might use the word “Read more…” which will be translated automatically.

Or you can translate that text with this instruction:

I go bonkers again with this translation.
The former fix doesn´t work anymore.
If i left this field empty, the german translation gets filled in after save: “Weiterlesen …” and IS NOT getting translated automatically. No chance in wpml to “grab” this string. I´m trying for hours now. Well, wpml is a challenge itself, but this one button really drives me crazy.

Whats the right way to finally solve this hour eating challenge?

    Hello,
    Please follow steps below:
    edit the view,
in the admin top bar, switch to English,
clear the value of Read More field,
    save the view.

then visit the page where you added the view.

If the button is still not translated,
please create different views for different languages, then enter manual text for Read more button in each language.

    Best regards,
