WPML is not working on Woocommerce

    The store of Otepää golf, made in WooComerce is having translation. We would like to add the translations manually, but the plugging is not working well.

    This is what we have tried:

    ⁠Scanned plugins for strings
    •⁠ ⁠Translated the strings that appear in English in the front-end
    •⁠ ⁠Created the .mo files

    The translations did not appear in the front-end, unless the “Look for strings while pages are rendered” setting is turned on.

    Task done to troubleshoot:

    •⁠ ⁠Deleted all strings & translations, made a new scan and re-translated the strings
    •⁠ ⁠Made sure that WordPress Memory limit is 128M or above
    •⁠ ⁠DB_CHARSET definition changed from ‘utf8’ to ‘utf8mb4’ in wp-config file (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/look-for-strings-while-pages-are-rendered-strings-only-show-when-this-option-is-enabled/)
