WPC Option fo WooCommerce Not work

    Hi, I installed the plugin on my virgin wordpress. As soon as I linked the option to create a Selection of additional options or a checkbox via category, if I go to visit the page everything disappears and you only see a white box with the options to select.
    Am I doing something wrong?

    I did the following operations:

    • option created
    • assigned to a category (a single product)
    • added the selection/checkbox option
      and published.

    Where there is WPC option the page goes haywire!

    Hi @groundliftstudio ,

    I checked your site. It seemed that you have disabled our plugin so I could not inspect anything.

    If the extra options are not visible, there must be something conflicting with it or the position chosen for the options is not allowed by the theme or template.

    It seemed that you have found an alternative to ours. I will consider your case closed.

    Please reach back if you need help again with some images of the backend settings for extra options.

    I’ve had the same issue. When using a product widget on a page it occurs. Not when viewing the product page itself.

    I’m using the twenty twenty three theme.
