WordPress Multisite fatal eror

    After installing multisite as per the instructions I can no longer log in to the admin or site. It seems it can no longer establish a database connection. Was told to send this error message to support.

    wp_1_comments: Table ‘lEwtuRKHFusVgE.wp_1_comments’ doesn’t exist
    wp_1_links: Table ‘lEwtuRKHFusVgE.wp_1_links’ doesn’t exist
    wp_1_options: Table ‘lEwtuRKHFusVgE.wp_1_options’ doesn’t exist
    wp_1_postmeta: Table ‘lEwtuRKHFusVgE.wp_1_postmeta’ doesn’t exist
