Hi there,
Thanks so much for reaching out—and I’m really sorry to hear you’re running into a critical issue on your site. I know how stressful that can be, especially when things just stop working and it’s not clear why. I’m here to help you get this figured out as quickly as possible.
Would you mind sharing where exactly you’re seeing the problem? A screenshot would be super helpful. If you don’t already have a screenshot tool, you can use Snipboard.io to quickly capture and share one with us.
While we’re looking into that, I’d recommend running a quick conflict test. You can do that by:
- Deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce
- Switching to the default Storefront theme
This will help us see if the issue is coming from a plugin or theme conflict.
It would also be really helpful if you could share your System Status Report. Here’s how to get it:
- Go to WooCommerce > Status in your dashboard
- Click Get system report
- Then click Copy for support
If there are any fatal error logs, please include those too. You can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
Once you’ve gathered that info, you can paste it directly here in a code block or upload it to pastebin.com and share the link. That’ll give us a better view and help us figure out what’s going wrong.
Looking forward to your update!

Logs and screenshots sent via upload. WooCommerce just had an update and I was hoping this was a quick fix but it looks like my eCommerce Checkout is still not working.
Hi @gkkb3 ,
Thanks for getting in touch! I wanted to let you know that WooCommerce recently rolled out version 9.8.4, which includes a fix for a PTK pattern fatal error: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/pull/57759. Could that be the same error you were running into earlier?
That said, I wasn’t able to locate any logs, screenshots, or SSR details in this thread—it seems like they might’ve been uploaded elsewhere. When you get a chance, could you please share them again here so we can take a closer look?
I also took a moment to check your checkout page, and from my end, it seems to be loading just fine without any visible fatal errors: https://prnt.sc/oXvk1ng6DxYY. If the issue is still showing up on your side, could you let us know the steps to reproduce it?
That’ll help us dig in further and get this sorted for you.

The error comes up when you actually try to make a purchase of an item. I will try uploading the log again and sharing the link. There are gift bags for $1 if you would like to try it. If it happens to go through, I will provide a refund, but that is when you get the error.

Hello Kim,
Thank you for your reply.
I understand you’re seeing errors, and after reviewing the logs, I found that two plugins are causing them:
1- Mailchimp for WooCommerce
2-Smart Coupons for WooCommerce Pro.
Please deactivate these plugins and check if the errors continue. If they do, I recommend running a conflict test to identify the source.
Let me know if you have any questions. 🙂
