Hello. I received a fatal error on my website (https://collectiblesandmoreinstore.com) today. Please see the screen print of the debug message at https://ibb.co/gKHYLCq

For now, I renamed the Rank Math and Perfect WooCommerce Brands plugin directories so that I could access my WordPress dashboard. Your thoughts, please, on how to rectify this so that I can re-activate your plugin.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I updated your plugin to latest version which was, I think, supposed to resolve the issue but instead it broke all of my brand links so I had to roll back to the previous version again which made the above error occur.

Now, no matter what version I use of your plugin, all the brand links are broken (shop page, brand A to Z page, and product detail pages). I cleared the cache and re-saved permalinks settings. HELP please!

    Hello mate,

Please share your PHP error log details PHP stores error logs in /var/log/apache2 if PHP is an apache2 module. Shared hosts are often storing log files in your root directory subfolder. If you’re using cPanel, the master log file you’re probably looking for is stored (by default) at: /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log If you’re not sure where to find PHP error logs please contact your hosting provider.

    Best regards, Quadlayers Support Team.

I can’t access the log file and my hosting company was no help. My domain ranking is dropping because of all the broken brand links. Please help.

    Hi Melly,

    Thanks for the update.

Unfortunately, without access to the PHP error log, it’s not possible for us to determine the cause of the issue. If your hosting provider isn’t helping, there’s not much we can do from our side to investigate further.

They need to restore your site to a working state and help you locate the PHP error log so you can share it with us. Only then we’ll be able to determine if the problem is related to our plugin or caused by another factor.

    Best regards.
