Hey @luxcentric — I clicked the link, I see “This content is only available to members. Sign up FREE and become a member.” — could you send me an example that doesn’t require registration? Even if it’s a temp page with a password.
My first go-to suggestion is to check if there is a height/width on the SVG. Without a height/width on an SVG it might do what you are saying.
@sterlo,
Thanks for the suggestions. The image “should” still show at https://www.luxcentric.com/courses-overview even if you do not sign in or register. It is supposed to be a little envelope with a computer.
Here is a link to my google drive with screen shots.

I also have a temp admin account to my wordpress if that would be helpful.
Here is what I tried:
1. I tried to edit the image in my media library but when I clicked edit it gave me a “Image data does not exist. Please re-upload the image.” message.
2. I exported the image as a 425x425px SVG image from photoshop and uploaded it. Image showed up blank in my media library and also gave me the “Image data does not exist. Please re-upload the image.” message.
All my svg images are 2kb and do not have height width properties that are recognized by wordpress.
I can just set the picture as a jpg, but that is less cool.
Thanks for looking into it,
Nicole
Ok cool. I see it now.
So check this out — it has a height of 1px and a width of 1px. You just need to change it.
