I’m having an issue with the plugin; it gets disconnected 2-3 times a week. Each time, I need to revoke the authorization and reauthorize it. I’m seeing this error on the plugin’s settings page. I haven’t changed any UPS account information. Could you please let me know the possible reasons for this?

Important: We noticed that there is a problem with adding ‘Authorization (OAuth)’, ‘Rating’, ‘Address Validation’, ‘Locator’ applications on the UPS website. These applications are needed for the correct operation of the connection and if you don’t see them during creation, please create the application without them and add them already after creating the application through editing. Please follow these steps: Step 1: Enter the application you created and hit ‘Edit App’ button https://developer.ups.com/apps
Step 2: Add ‘Authorization (OAuth)’ ‘Rating’, ‘Address Validation’, ‘Locator’ applications using the plus button
Step 3: Select ‘Authorization Type: Client credentials’ and hit ‘Save changes’ button
That’s it, now everything should work smoothly.
