Hi, I have suddenly (it was working okay yesterday) received an error message when trying to update the Participants Database:

“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”

However, I can create posts and pages, activate and deactivate plugins, etc. So it doesn’t seem to be the website, only the Participants Database. I have Version 2.7.3. I also purchased and use Participants Database Field Group Tabs v 2.1, xnau Plugin Updates v. 1.5.1and Participants Database Custom Templates v 2.4.1. I tried deactivating all these plugins (plus a few other unrelated plugins) but still got the error.

I have an Updraft update from a week ago, if I *must* restore, but I’d hate to lose all that data! Please let me know what you recommend.

Yes, there was a bug in the 2.7.3 release, I just issued an update to fix it. My apologies for the inconvenience. If this update doesn’t fix it, please copy the contents of the email here so I can look into it.

You can deactivate and delete the Custom Templates plugin, it is no longer needed because this is done in the main plugin now.
