Yes, what you’re asking is definitely possible! Please make sure that both the base plugin and the Pro add-ons are updated to the latest versions. The Advanced Ads base plugin 2.0.x isn’t compatible with older add-on versions, so having everything up-to-date is important.
We’ve put together a guide with all the update options here, and I recommend following those steps carefully and always having a backup of your site. If anything doesn’t go as expected, you can always roll back then and reach out to us via the support form on our website (“other issue” form). Every request is seen, and we genuinely do our best to begin working on a solution as soon as we can. That said, depending on the situation, the complexity of the issue and how many tickets are coming in, there might be a period of wait before we can offer a fix.
