    Abosultely no help on Jetpack/WordPress website other than a forum? Wow, unprofessional! Anyways, I have multiple sites, all using Jetpack FREE. Somehow I was charged by Jetpack $120 this morning! I want my money back ASAP! it was unauthorized! I do not even know how the hell you were able to charge my card being I never signed up for a premium plan.
