    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the screenshot.

We’ve tried to replicate the issue, but the date/time is displaying correctly on our end. Could you please try the following steps?

    1. Check in an incognito/private browser window
    2. Clear your browser cache
    3. If the issue persists, try reinstalling the plugin to ensure everything is loading properly

If the problem continues, feel free to reach out to us directly so we can investigate further.

    Best regards,
    The BackWPup Team

I´ve check 1 and 2 – didn´t fix the issue. The issue appears on all of my 8 sites.

To 3.: I don´t want to install the plugin again, there are so many bugs and I´m glad it´s working now after the last updates …. the old one was much better …

If you want I can make an admin account for you to see it live.

Addendum: I think it has something to do with the SVG files…

    Hi,

Unfortunately, I am unable to replicate the issue. And few instances where other users reported similar issue, it was found that other plugin was conflicting.

Can you please try with basic troubleshooting and see if it helps?

    Best Regards,

I’ve now rolled back to 4.1.7 using a plugin. Everything else after that is completely unusable and nothing works anymore. Why did you mess up the plugin like that? Even the free version was one of the best plugins for WordPress up until now. Now it’s just a matter of narrowing down bugs and trying to “fix” something. What a shame!
