    help me please This Panorama is too big for your device! it’s 5472px wide, but your device only supports images up to 4096px wide. try another device.

    @misbahur01 – Can you resize the images and make 4096px. Most of the mobile devices don’t support images higher than 4096px.

    Hi @misbahur01 , basically, mobile devices have limitations. Most mobile devices can only accept a maximum resolution of 4096px x 2048px. Hence, to be able to display the tour on such devices, you will need to use images within that resolution.

    The image you have, you can still use it and will be able to view the tour from PCs/desktops or Tablets. But to view the tour on a smaller device will require you to resize the image.

    You can resize the image either using Photoshop/Illustrator or any photo editing tools, or you may find online sites that help you resize images.
