I have Event Tickets all set up to post on Pages as well as Events. It was on this page for a while, and all of the sudden it says “There has been a critical error on your website” at the bottom of the page where the Get Tickets button should be. There is no error on any other part of my website. And this wasn’t there in the middle of setting the page up. I cannot figure out which setting changed within Event Tickets plugin to cause this. I Deleted Event Tickets and reinstalled it and the same thing shows. It also deleted the Footer on this page during this “error” code. Again, something that didn’t happen originally when the Get Tickets section was showing earlier.
I’m not overly educated on code talk, ftp servers, etc. I build and work sites through WP using themes (BeTheme on this one) and that’s about the extent of it.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @sethromme,

Sorry to know that you are having issues with Event Tickets.

I can see that the page link you have shared is working with tickets fine at this moment.

Let me know if you still need more help with this.

You can always find the details for any WordPress errors by turning the debugging on for your site.

You can enable debugging in WordPress and share the error log with us so that we can identify the source for the error.

    I hope this helps.

Thank you the tips. I pulled the page up on my cell phone and I also see that the Get Tickets section is working. Which is strange because my PC still has it as “critical error”.
Can you tell me how to move the Get Tickets section to the top of a Page? I see settings to change it to “above descriptions” etc, but those seem to be related to Event listings, not Pages.
    Thanks again.

    Hi there,

There are not settings for the tickets form location for other post types.

If you are using the “block” editor, you can simply move the block to the desired location in the content.

Otherwise, you would need to create a custom template, or remove the original action and then re-add where needed. Either way, it would take a bit of customization.

    Hope that helps!

    Best,
    Sky
