“The table is empty” When Connecting to External Database

    When trying to create a chart from an external database (mysql), I get “The table is empty.” There is data in the table and my connection information is correct. Is there a step I am missing? I don’t see anything on my error logs. What could be causing this?

    In order for us to be able to assist you, we will need additional information.

    1. What version of Chartify are you currently using?
    2. Are you sure you’re connected to the correct database? For example, did you start with one database and later switch to another? If so, could you let us know what changes were made?
    3. Please check your database and confirm whether the following tables exist:

    ayschart_charts
    ayschart_charts_meta
    ayschart_settings

    1. Did the issue occur immediately after installing the plugin, or did it start after performing a specific action? If it’s the latter, could you describe what was done before the issue appeared?
    2. Is the problem happening with all chart types, or only specific ones, for example, pie charts, table charts, etc.?
