    I’ve been using ManageWP for 8+ years. I feel very attached to this tool. But for the past two months, it hasn’t been working.

    Synchronization doesn’t work. Websites are no longer displayed in ManageWP, or they are partially displayed but the data is outdated or wrong (i.e. : I’ve done a new version of a website, ManageWP has changed the thumbnail after many tries, but not the list of plugins).

    At least half of my websites are disconnected at every connection. No matter how many times I reconnect them, it happens again and again.

    It seems that it’s no longer possible to publish replies to tickets.

    Now I’m doing my updates manually. And I’m beginning to wonder if there are any developers still assigned to this tool.

    Hi Michael and support team,

    i have the same problems since a few weeks. I had to manually reconnect many websites (deleting worker plugin etc.) but this did not help for long. Usally 5-10 of my ca. 50 websites cannot connect and i have to go through the process above, which i sometimes have to do multiple times until the website syncs. Right now – after reconnecting multiple websites manually – again 9 websites cannot connect.

    Today i also experienced problems with the refresh-button in the dashboard.

    I also feel very attached to ManageWp but managing my websites has recently become painful because of these problems.
