    Hi!

    I tought everything was going well with the plugi, but my inventory is not syncing.

    My setup is Square -> Woo.
    All my products importeed well (1000+).

    When I launch, manually or waiting the cron job, the sync, the data (name and description) are updating, but not the inventory.

    I’m kind of lost, and this is the main reason why I want to use this plugin.

    Could you help me ?

    To look into the issue further, could you please provide us with:

    – A screenshot of your Square sync/connectivity settings in WooCommerce > Settings > Square.

    – Square sync/connectivity logs. To enable Square sync/connectivity logging, please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Square > Enable Logging:

    If it was enabled before, please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs > choose square log file for the day when the issue happened, copy its content to a text file and attach to your ticket reply:

    If it wasn’t enabled, please activate it and run the sync again (or wait for an issue to reappear if it doesn’t happen every time).

    If that can help you, as example, the item with SKU 06-MON-ESPAGNOL-1196 is 0 in Square, and still 1 in WooCommerce.
    There may be some error due to some different SKU between Square and Woo, but that is not the case for the product 06-MON-ESPAGNOL-1196

    And as I told you, descrition, name and category are share correctly. The issue seems to be only with inventory.

    I’m having the same problem, is there a fix for this, the plug is pretty redundant if it doesn’t track the inventory.
