show credit card option on custom checkout page

    In my site, there are two checkout pages one normal WooCommerce checkout and the other is the custom one-page checkout page that we have custom developed.
    Right now the model checkout is enabled and it working on both pages.
    Now, we need to show the credit card form on both pages (WooCommerce checkout and custom one-page checkout pages) but credit card form is not displaying on the custom one-page checkout page so want to make working the credit card options on the custom one-page checkout page.
    Note: We also used the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin.
