Thanks for sending that log, it’s accurately what I needed. This is a recent bug we discovered. We removed some code called “Faker library”; however, we missed the fact that it’s used in the form migration process. The good news is the correction for that went out in our most recent version, 3.18.0. If you can update your main GiveWP plugin, you should be able to complete a form migration without receiving that error.
