Services should I use Virtual or Simple Product?

    Good Morning Everyone,

    I sell a service where people need to ship me items and I provide the service and ship back.

    Now regardless of product I choose to do I need Shipping on the order to be ($0.00) I dont want my customer charged with shipping.

    Should I choose Virtual or Simple Product? I currently have it set for Virtual. Also if I did Simple Product I could have variations but would I need to configure the shipping to be ($0.00)?

    If you are going to use variations then you would need to use the Variable product type.

    WooCommerce doesn’t require that you have shipping charges.

    Further to my colleagues comments, you can set the Variations on a Variable product to be Virtual which will disable any shipping requirements:
