    Hello! Thank you for developing this lovely plugin. It works well with all devices. But there is a display issue in some mobile phones.

    In most handsets, the gallery displays in single column, which is fine and desirable.

    But with some handsets, the gallery displays in 2 columns. This is not desirable, because the thumbnails become too small. Is there any way to make the display single column across all mobile phones?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello, dear @rintesh ,

    Thank you for reaching out to us,

    Could you kindly check Global Settings -> Number of image columns for the layout you use on your page (this is important)

    Please, let me know if it is set to 1 column and the issue still persists,
    Thanks

    Hello Nikita, thanks for the response. The ‘Global Settings -> Number of image per column’ is set to 4 because I want to display images in 4 columns on desktop and laptop.

    When I changed the value to 1, it displays images in single column in all devices, including desktop.

    I do not want this. I want the images to be displayed like this:
    in 4 columns per row in desktop and laptop;
    in 2 or 3 or 4 columns per row in tabs; and
    in 1 column per row in mobile.

    For me it is very important that the images are displayed in 4 columns per row in desktop and 1 column per row in mobile.

    Is it possible with the free version?

    Dear @rintesh hello again,

    Sadly as of now our plugin has no option to configure this setting differently for various screens, however, could you please try disabling Global Settings -> Resizable thumbnails option? This should enable a neater column representation,

    Please, keep us posted)
