Remove “Exit mobile version” link from AMP pages | WordPress.org

I use AMP via the WordPress plugin on my website and would like to stop it from loading on my pages.

At the bottom of each page, a div is loading with this id id=”amp-mobile-version-switcher” and inside it is an “Exit mobile version” link.

I have tried disabling it via the plugin or via CSS, but it didn’t work. What is the best way to do this? I need it to not load because the nofollow link is affecting my SEO in the semrush reports.

Hello @felipemenezessupersim

Thank you for reaching out to us, yes you can remove the exit mobile button from your AMP page by adding the following code in child theme functions.php or in a custom plugin.

add_filter( 'amp_mobile_version_switcher_link_text', '__return_false' );
