Registration not showing up in Dashboard for recurring events

    The website is taking the registrations, but it’s not showing up in Dashboard. This is happening only for the recurring events.

    Sorry for any issue! I’m not sure what might cause this off the top of my head. Let’s have you submit a support ticket and include your “System Info” so I can troubleshoot this a bit. Here is where you can find the form to do so:
