Purchased Premium but NOT getting option for role validity

    We recently purchased the premium version of DFX Automatic Role Changer for WooCommerce,

    However, listed on your site, the premium version had the ability to:

    Roles with validity period

    The premium version supports defining a validity period for the assigned roles. This will make the assigned roles to be automatically unassigned after that defined period.

    However, after purchasing the premium product, this option is still not available to us.

    Our only option in the product data section is

    Hi!

    Please get sure that you have installed the Premium version of the plugin (obtained from Freemius), and that your license key has been correctly activated in the corresponding plugin entry at /wp-admin/plugins.php.

    After that, you should see in the products edition page a new “Role expiration enabled” checkbox.

    Also, please note that this feature is only available starting in version 20240204 of the plugin.

    Closing issue: the problem was finally caused by a wrong installed version of the premium plugin.
