I am able to sync about 95% of our products with Square just fine. However, we sell “kits” which have 3-4 variation types and each of those variations could have up to 10 or more selections inside.

What needs to happen to get those products synced? We are planning to use the Square POS system and I have one here to configure, but it’s a null experiment when the products won’t sync.

I have made sure that each variation combination has a separate SKU and that there are no blank variations being fed into the sync.

Any help to finally get these products synced will be very welcome. If there are any Square specialists available to hire to help get us over this hurdle, please reach out if the forum can’t provide answers.

    Hi @ecros,

If you need expert assistance, you can check WooExperts or hire a professional via codeable.io.

Could you clarify whether you’re syncing products from WooCommerce to Square or the other way around? Also, are you seeing any errors when trying to sync variations? Any additional details would be helpful.

    Hi @mosesmedh,

I’m syncing from Woo to Square. I had two errors, but that was missing SKUs on other products which I fixed. No errors after that.

The products are our axle kits that are not going over. Somewhere along the line, it seems like the process just stops looking for products. But agin, I’m not receiving any errors. When I search through the products that do sync with Square, on Square’s site, none of the axle kists are there and I’m guessing our standard axle’s are in the queue to be sent to Square because they are not showing up either. I think I’m missing around 100 products from the total sync.

I can provide login details for you if you’d like to look at my site.

    Hello ecros,

    Thank you for your reply.

    Your initial message said:

Is this still the same issue or a different one?
Please share the URLs of the axle kits so I can inspect the products that are not syncing.

Please note that it is against our support policy to share any kind of login details.

Looking forward to your response. 🙂

    Hi @doublezed2,

No, this is the same issue. I was trying to explain better what I see on the Square side of things.

    Hi @ecros,

    Thank you for the clarification.

From your URL, it looks like this issue is affecting a specific category. Just to clarify, does it impact all products within that category or only some?

You also mentioned that over 100 products haven’t synced yet. Are those products part of a different category? If so, does the issue affect all products in that category or just certain ones?

Understanding this will help determine if there’s a pattern to the issue

In addition to your response, can you check WooCommerce > Status > Log to see if there is any fatal error log or one related to the stripe payment plugin? If present please share it using https://pastebin.com
