    Please can you edit your pmpro tables to support UTF-8 inside your WordPress database.

    This should solve the problem for you.

    @andrewza thanks I did it and it works fine.
    Don’t you think it’s better for plugin to have this feature? a lot of people use their own language characters that needs utf-8 database fields.
