We are facing the problem in our store with Google Merchant Center integration plugin from WooCommerce. All the necessary data is presented on the product page, but in the plugin it always shows the error with the “description” attribute. I don’t know what causes exactly this problem, but the description of the product is presented on all product pages. (See the screenshot)

I tried to take a contact with technical support of WooCommerce, but their website has a really “STRANGE” way of providing support. After selecting all my credentials for the support, nothing appears on their website in right bottom corner in ANY browser. (See the screenshot)

Please, If anyone have solved this issue with Merchant before – explain how you did it. Thanks in advance!

Hi there, I posted an update in a separate thread about this issue. Submitting a ticket via the form should work now (but chat is not working at the moment – there’s an issue with the service provider that we’re working on).

Hi @nerrad , thanks for the update. Unfortunately, I’m unable to check if it works because of another issue on their website with login. Now it is impossible to log in with Google or even just normally through the email – the login link that the website is sending is not valid.

Are the login issues still happening for you @qrest? I’ve done some checks internally as well as testing myself and there doesn’t seem to be problems with logging in at the moment but it may have been something that got fixed in between when you reported and I did the check.

Hi @qrest, this can happen when wordpress.com cookies are cleared and a login gets attempted without refreshing that page. Would you mind trying again after refreshing the page?

    Thanks, Konstantin

Thanks a lot for your reactions. After a retry, it works now. Don’t actually about cookies, because nothing changes since last days and login were working properly few days ago.
