    The subtitle track you’re using is not in WebVTT format. Changing the filename isn’t enough. You’ll need to convert it to WebVTT. There are lots of free online tools for that.

    From what I can tell your original video file 08.mp4 is the same video as 08-360.mp4. They’re both the same resolution so the plugin is only embedding one source. You need to have files with different resolutions in order to turn on the resolution selector. Changing the filenames isn’t enough.
