Primary tables filter

Hello,

I haven´t installed the plugin yet. I´m reading the FAQ´s and don´t understand what this filter does:

WARNING : If you clone the primary site, you must use mucd_default_primary_tables_to_copy filter to declare plugins and custom database tables, or your cloned site won’t be complete.

I´d like to get an exact clone of my primary site, and after that, future changes in the cloned site will be done manually and will have the exact same content/functionality as the primary site. Should I need to add that filter?
