Hi, I’m experiencing issues with loading after the first 5 posts

Posts are not loading properly after clicking the “load more” button and instead posts are loading that are not related to the group or user profile. I have disabled all plugins except Youzify and Buddypress and tried several different themes but the problem persists. I have also tried disabling Youzify and using only Buddypress and in that case the loading is successful. I am very interested in any solution you can suggest.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @migguel

    Thank you for reaching us.

Please clarify on which activity page this issue occurs. Is it happening on the Global Activity, Group Activity, or the Profile Activity Wall? This will help in identifying and resolving the issue more effectively.

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.

    Hi, sure!

The issues occur in Group Activity and Profile Activity Wall. In Group Activity when you load new posts, posts unrelated to the group appear, such as status updates from users who are not in the group or even posts from other groups. Something very similar happens in the Profile Activity Wall, for example, posts appear from users other than the profile owner. This always occurs after loading new posts, either by exceeding the limit with the “infinite loader” option enabled or by pressing the “load more” button after deactivating the “infinite loader” option. It also fails after using the “show” filter in both cases. For example, after asking the filter to “show all,” the posts do not load correctly, and the content from the Global Activity is loaded in the Group Activity or Profile Activity Wall.

I hope this explanation is helpful.

    Thanks!

    Hi @migguel

I apologize for the late reply as we just returned from holiday.

Could you please clarify which version you are currently using? We fixed this bug in the latest version released three weeks ago, so updating may resolve the issue.
