Plugin for multiple search fields

Not sure if this exists, but I’m hoping…
I need a plugin that can search PDF documents in the Media library. Here’s the catch: I need it to have 2 search fields, and only return results that match both fields. For example:
PDF document ABC.pdf includes the text “1234567” in the body of the document. I need this document to only come up in search results if someone enters ABC in one field and 1234567 in a 2nd search field.
Any chance something like this already exists? Or am I looking at a custom coding situation?

According to my knowledge this would be custom coding because you need something like that can read the PDF file also i am not sure if the PDF file can be readable through the coding because there are different thing in PDF like images, tables, links etc also the encoding of the PDF file, password protected PDF and other things.
