    After activating the plugin and adding a single tutorial, the Customize feature stops working – it only shows a white screen, and Elementor doesn’t work either. It’s a shame; it used to be such a good plugin. I have to give only two stars for now – I’ll change the rating once it’s fixed. I’m not sure if I’ll come back to it, but I was considering using even the Pro version for all my websites.

    Greetings. Hope you are doing well. Really sorry for the inconvenience you have faced.

    Regarding your query, it seems really strange. I would like to suggest you to do a plugin conflict check by deactivating all the plugins exact BetterDocs and check if the customizer works or not. Let me know how it goes.

    If this works after deactivating all plugins except BetterDcos, please activate plugins one by one and check which plugin causes this.

    WordPress Dashboard → Tools → Site Health → Info → Copy Site Info to Clipboard.
    Then, paste it into PasteBin and share the link with us.
