The WPForms plugin works fine with PHP 7.4 and 8. When you have some time, can you please share the WordPress version you’re on? Along with that please let us know the WPForms Lite versions you’re using.
Further, to take a closer look can you please share the error message you’re seeing in the debug.log file so that will give us the error message from there we can take a closer look?
