I have tried to clear this, but now I’m getting https://postimg.cc/XpKrR6z0
wc_facebook_access_token
wc_facebook_external_business_id
wc_facebook_system_user_id
wc_facebook_business_manager_id
wc_facebook_commerce_merchant_settings_id
wc_facebook_merchant_access_token
wc_facebook_product_catalog_id
wc_facebook_page_access_token
wc_facebook_page_id
wc_facebook_pixel_id`
Hi @laurpm
Can you please confirm if you are using the latest version of the facebook integration Version 2.6.12 as we had resolved a similar issue [https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/2148] recently? if so and the issue persists then It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status
section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report
button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support
button. Then paste it here in a comment.
Looking forward,
Hello,
Using the latest WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce plugins.
I have managed to connect WooCommerce and Facebook Shop via Business Apps (I was logged in into WordPress). But not directly from WooCommerce.
Now I am getting this error on another website that I manage.
https://postimg.cc/GBMHZbPZ
When I try to reconnect the same way I did for the other websites (logged as admin in WordPress and via Facebook Business Apps) it asks me for admin permission from another account that I don’t know 🙁 https://postimg.cc/HVG4Stkb
And I cannot find that account in my Facebook Pages – Roles.
I have raised a ticket to Facebook but no one knows nothing. Is there a way to RESET the facebook plugin from wordpress?

Hi @laurpm,
Looking at the error message you shared (see screenshot below), it seems like the site was previously connected to the assets belonging to the Dog Lover Clothing
business.

As a next step, ensure you have 2FA enabled for the Facebook account you are using.
Next, Go to business.facebook.com > all tools > business applications
. From there, uninstall the WooCommerce Integration and add it again.
Then go back to WooCommerce > Facebook
and click “Get Started” again.
Let us know how that goes.
Thanks!
Well that’s the problem. It was not previously connected to that account.
And I’m not connected here business.facebook.com > all tools > business applications Because I cannot connect. Because of that account. Which I don’t recognize. And neither Facebook support which is useless. So maybe can you tell me how to clean install Facebook Woocommerce plugin, into WordPress?
Hi @laurpm,
So maybe can you tell me how to clean install Facebook Woocommerce plugin, into WordPress?
Here are the steps:
FIRST PART:
– Navigate to https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools&ref=settings and then look for WooCommerce Integration.
– Please click in and a popup window will appear, please scroll down and click – Remove, and then confirm by clicking Remove again. https://d.pr/i/b20NbB
– It will finally get removed completely so you can make a new integration: https://d.pr/i/24P3ke
SECOND PART:
– Please deactivate the plugin and then delete it: https://d.pr/i/51mUAW
– And then access your phpMyAdmin, we’re going to manually remove the database left over that’s not yet removed after the deletion.
– PLEASE make sure that you create a full database backup before performing this step.
– Click on wp_options table, click on Number of rows and then select the highest number to filter the data, in my case I selected 500, to ensure that at least 500 entries are displayed, and then search for wc_facebook_, once found, please select them and delete them. Here is the screencast of the process: https://d.pr/i/TcWhlr
THIRD PART:
– Clear WooCommerce transient data: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Tools > WooCommerce transients > Click – Clear Transients (Button on right)
– Please install Facebook for WooCommerce again, and activate it.
– Navigate to Marketing > Facebook, click Get Started.
– During the process of reconnecting back to Facebook, please make sure to unselect Instagram shopping, as from my experience, it will trigger an error “Something went wrong”, resulting in an unsuccessful setup –you can add Instagram later: https://d.pr/i/6Z48pL
Please do the above steps, and let me know how it goes.`
I don’t know what happened, but with the last update, my problem was solved. Thank you!
