WP Job Manager does not have any built-in function or addons that we know of (https://wpjobmanager.com/add-ons/) that can pull/parse jobs from other sites.
We used to have integration with Indeed and ZipRecruiter. However, due to API changes on their end, we can no longer enable these integrations.
