Thanks for reporting the issue, we’re working on that, and will be fixed in the next version.
We had an issue with the “Year” tab on this chart resulting in “An error occurred while connecting to REST API.”
We traced it down to memory exhaustion, with error_log
message:
Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted.
It was generated by a process in another plugin needing memory, by the way. But it only affected the “Year” tab here.
We raised php_memory_limit
in PHP, and setting WP_MEMORY_LIMIT
in wp-confing.php
can also work. Depends on your system, other plugins, and code in this plugin.

Hi @mostafas1990
Do you have any ETA to us when this will be fixed?
Cheers

There is a plan for releasing the new version this weekend.
Hi @mostafas1990
Thanks for releasing version 13.0.5.
The Top Pages is not fixed and is still not working.
When selecting custom date, the Top Pages statistics count still shows all visits and not for the custom dates that was selected!
Please assist 🙂

Just want you to inform you about this issue also has not been fixed:

The calendar is totally broken and is in reverse order.
Thank you for reporting again, we’ll create a new task for that to work on again.
Hi!
Yes please, this is a bit frustrating so I reverted back to the 12.x version meanwhile.
Keep up the good work!
Cheers
