Page looks different when logged into WordPress

This page looks different when I am logged into the WordPress dashboard (see below for logged in view). For example, everything is centered, not left aligned. Each artist has a block with two columns so the images and text are side by side on desktop view. When I am logged out, everything is left aligned and there are no columns, so the individual artists’ text and images look like individual blocks.
